The waters around Kommerniemen Mökkilomat belong to the Kommerniemi joint property management association. The association has vast fishing grounds that provide excellent facilities for fishing. Each cottage has a permit to use the water area, and a boat, and there is an option to rent an outboard motor.
All adults from the age of 18 to 64 should pay a fishing management fee, A permit is not required for angling or ice fishing.
